3. Take progress photos in the same angles as described in point 1 – every 3 to 4 weeks in good lighting and email to hello@12teaspoons.co.za with the same reference number and description.

To process your claim, send an email using the same reference and description you used in your before and progress photo emails to hello@12teaspoons.co.za and copy accounts@12teaspoons.co.za after 120 day of using the GROW Hair serum. Our team will analyze the photos and once we establish that there has been no progress of hair growth or improvement to the “treatment” area, your purchase will be refunded in full, excluding delivery costs to your bank account.
